Return & Refund Policy
At MissCreamRoll, we take great pride in delivering fresh and delicious pastries, desserts, and sweets to our valued local customers. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully.
🍰 Perishable Product Policy
Because all of our items are perishable and made fresh to order, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been prepared and delivered or picked up, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
📦 Order Issues (Wrong Item, Damaged, or Missing)
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@misscreamroll.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the product(s) and packaging
A brief explanation of the issue
We will evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right. This may include offering a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the case.
🧁 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to the preparation process of our fresh goods.
To cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at contact@misscreamroll.com or call/text us directly if it's urgent.
🎁 Custom Orders & Event Catering
Custom cakes, dessert tables, and catering orders are non-refundable once confirmed and paid. These items are made specifically for your event and cannot be resold.
In case of event changes or cancellations, please notify us at least 3 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate or offer a partial credit for future orders (at our discretion).
🎫 Gift Cards & Sale Items
All gift cards and discounted sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
💳 Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved after review, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@misscreamroll.com.
⚠️ Additional Notes
We do not accept any product returns.
We do not issue refunds for customer errors (e.g., wrong address, unavailable to receive order, etc.).
Our delivery area is local within Québec — delivery instructions must be clear and accurate.
