Pickup & Delivery Info

At MissCreamRoll, we specialize in delivering fresh pastries and desserts locally within Quebec. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we focus on local delivery rather than traditional shipping.

1. Shipping / Delivery Area

  • We ship (deliver) orders only within the Montreal metropolitan area and surrounding Quebec localities.

  • We do not offer nationwide or international shipping.

2. Delivery Timing

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a business day are usually delivered the same day between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, depending on your location.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next business day, unless otherwise arranged.

  • We deliver Monday through Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays or statutory holidays.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders require at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure product freshness and preparation.
  • Custom or catering orders may require more advance notice (3 to 7 days).

4. Shipping / Delivery Fees

  • A flat delivery fee of $5.00 CAD applies for most local deliveries.

  • Free delivery is available for orders over $75.00 CAD.

  • Additional fees may apply for addresses outside our regular delivery zone.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details once your order is processed.

  • We may contact you to confirm delivery times or special instructions.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the specified delivery address.

  • If delivery is attempted but no one is available, additional delivery fees may apply, or the order may be cancelled without refund.
