  • Retail dessert orders through our online store

  • Catering for private and corporate events

  • Custom dessert table arrangements

Please note that all products are handmade, and slight variations in appearance may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other available payment gateways on our website.

For catering or custom dessert table orders, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Final payment is due before delivery or pickup unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Retail orders: Once placed, retail orders are final and non-refundable.

  • Catering & dessert tables: Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days in advance for a full refund. Deposits may be non-refundable based on the terms outlined in your invoice or agreement.

  • Missed pickups or delivery refusals are not eligible for refunds.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, and eggs. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. We do not guarantee allergen-free environments.

6. Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery and pickup options are available. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. MissCreamRoll is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, photos, and text—is the property of MissCreamRoll and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
